At Casas Guanacaste, we offer three detached houses for rent, on a 5000 sqm piece of land, planted with Guanacaste trees and many ornamental and fruit trees.

The property is ideally located, just off the “Camino Playa Frijolar” road, between the town center and the beach, both of them being within walking distance (less than 1 km). One can hear the waves from the property and enjoy the surrounding wildlife (Howler Monkeys, Parrots…), during a tranquil and peaceful stay.

Each house is fully equipped with a kitchen, TV and covered private parking space.
